Privacy Policy

Zhengzhou Livi Machinery Co., Ltd. (“LIVI”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates
LIVI Social Publisher, an internal tool used to prepare, upload, publish, and
verify content on LIVI’s authorized Facebook Pages, Instagram professional
accounts, and other official social-media accounts.
This Privacy Policy explains what information the tool processes, why it is
processed, how it is protected, and how an authorized user may request access,
correction, or deletion.
1. Information we process
When an authorized administrator connects a Meta account, the tool may process
only the information needed for authentication, account verification, content
publishing, and operational records, including:
- the authorized user’s Meta user ID, name, and granted permissions;
- Facebook Page IDs, Page names, and Page access information;
- Instagram professional account IDs and usernames linked to an authorized
Facebook Page; - OAuth access tokens and related authorization metadata;
- videos, images, captions, titles, links, hashtags, and publishing settings
selected for publication; - platform media IDs, post URLs, processing status, timestamps, and technical
error records needed to verify or troubleshoot a publication.
The tool does not request a user’s Facebook or Instagram password. Passwords,
one-time codes, and recovery codes must not be entered into or stored by the
tool.
2. How we use information
We process this information to:
- authenticate authorized LIVI administrators;
- confirm that publishing actions target the correct LIVI Page or Instagram
professional account; - upload and publish content approved by LIVI;
- prevent duplicate or cross-account publication;
- monitor processing status and verify the public post URL;
- maintain security, audit, and troubleshooting records;
- comply with applicable law and platform requirements.
We do not use Meta platform data to build advertising profiles or for purposes
unrelated to operating LIVI’s authorized social-media accounts.
3. Legal basis
Where applicable, processing is based on the authorized user’s consent, LIVI’s
legitimate interest in securely managing its official social-media presence,
performance of applicable agreements, and compliance with legal obligations.
4. Sharing and service providers
Information may be transmitted to Meta Platforms, Inc. and its affiliates when
the authorized user requests a Facebook or Instagram operation. We may also use
carefully selected hosting, security, or technical service providers that
process information only as needed to provide their services and subject to
appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.
We may disclose information when required by law, legal process, or a valid
request from a competent authority, or when reasonably necessary to protect
users, LIVI, or the public.
5. Data retention
OAuth credentials are retained only while the relevant account remains
authorized and the publishing integration is in use. Publication records are
retained only for operational, security, compliance, and troubleshooting needs.
When an authorized deletion request is approved, affected data is normally
deleted or irreversibly anonymized within 30 days unless a longer period is
required by law, necessary to resolve a security incident, or needed to protect
legal rights.
6. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards.
Credentials are stored separately from public content and source-code
repositories. Access is limited to authorized personnel, and publishing actions
are checked against approved account identifiers. No method of storage or
transmission is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
7. Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, an authorized user may request access, correction,
restriction, objection, portability, or deletion of personal information. The
user may also revoke the application’s access through Facebook or Instagram
account settings. Revocation prevents future API access but may not automatically
delete records that LIVI must retain for legitimate security or legal reasons.

8. International processing
Because LIVI and social-media service providers may operate in different
countries, information may be processed outside the user’s country. Where
required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
9. Children’s privacy
LIVI Social Publisher is an internal business tool and is not intended for
children. We do not knowingly authorize children to use the tool.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the tool, applicable law, or platform
requirements change. The revised policy will be posted on this page with a new
effective date.
