Effective date: September 8, 2026

LIVI Social Publisher is an internal tool operated by Zhengzhou Livi Machinery
Co., Ltd. Authorized users may revoke Meta access and request deletion of data
associated with their use of the tool by following the steps below.

Option 1: Remove the application through Facebook

Sign in to the Facebook account that authorized LIVI Social Publisher.
Open Settings & privacy, then Settings.
Open Apps and websites or the corresponding connected-apps section in
Accounts Center.
Locate LIVI Social Publisher.
Select Remove and confirm the removal.

Removing the application revokes future access through that authorization. It
does not necessarily delete previously published Facebook or Instagram content.
Platform content can be managed separately through the relevant Page or
Instagram professional account.

Option 2: Email a deletion request

Send an email to [email protected] with the subject:

LIVI Social Publisher Data Deletion Request

Include:

your name;
the Facebook or Instagram username associated with the authorization;
the Facebook Page or Instagram professional account concerned;
a description of the information you want deleted;
a contact email at which we can confirm the request.

Do not send your password, one-time code, recovery code, access token, client
secret, or a copy of unnecessary identity documents.

Verification and completion

To protect accounts from unauthorized deletion, we may ask for reasonable proof
that the requester controls or is authorized to manage the relevant account.
We will acknowledge the request and normally delete or irreversibly anonymize
eligible records within 30 days after verification. We may retain limited
information when required by law, necessary to resolve security incidents, or
needed to establish, exercise, or defend legal rights.

Deletion may include stored OAuth credentials, verified account identifiers,
and internal publishing records associated with the requester, subject to the
exceptions above. Once the relevant credential is deleted or revoked, LIVI
Social Publisher will no longer be able to use it for future API operations.
