These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of LIVI Social
Publisher, an internal social-media publishing tool operated by Zhengzhou Livi
Machinery Co., Ltd. (“LIVI”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
1. Acceptance
By connecting an account to or using LIVI Social Publisher, you confirm that you
are authorized to act for LIVI and agree to these Terms and the applicable terms
and policies of Facebook, Instagram, Meta, and any other connected platform.
2. Authorized use
The tool may be used only by personnel expressly authorized by LIVI and only to
manage LIVI-owned or LIVI-authorized social-media accounts. You must not use the
tool to access, upload to, publish on, or collect information from any account
that you are not authorized to manage.
3. Account security
You are responsible for protecting your login credentials, connected accounts,
devices, and approval methods. Do not provide passwords, one-time codes,
recovery codes, access tokens, or client secrets through public channels. Notify
LIVI promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Content and publishing responsibility
You must ensure that content submitted through the tool is accurate,
lawful, authorized, and compliant with intellectual-property, advertising,
privacy, export-control, and platform requirements. Public publication should
occur only after the target account and final content have been reviewed and
approved under LIVI’s internal process.
You retain responsibility for the business claims, media rights, disclosures,
links, and contact details included in content you authorize for publication.
5. Prohibited conduct
You must not:
- impersonate another person or organization;
- publish to an account outside the approved account allowlist;
- upload unlawful, deceptive, infringing, malicious, or unauthorized content;
- bypass platform safety, review, rate-limit, or access controls;
- attempt to extract or disclose another user’s credentials or private data;
- use the tool for spam, artificial engagement, or prohibited automation;
- interfere with the tool, connected platforms, or their security mechanisms.
6. Third-party platforms
The tool depends on services supplied by Meta and other third parties. Their
terms, policies, availability, reviews, rate limits, and technical decisions are
outside LIVI’s control. We do not guarantee that a platform will accept,
process, publish, distribute, rank, or continue displaying any content.
7. Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue the tool or any integration for
security, compliance, maintenance, or operational reasons. Features may change
without notice when a connected platform changes its API or policies.
8. Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the tool is provided on an “as is”
and “as available” basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free
publication, or any particular audience reach, search ranking, engagement, or
commercial result.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, LIVI will not be liable for indirect,
incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the
tool, platform outages, rejected publications, account restrictions, or content
supplied or approved by an authorized user.
10. Termination and revocation
LIVI may suspend access when authorization ends, these Terms are violated, or a
security risk is identified. An authorized user may revoke Meta access through
Facebook or Instagram settings and may request deletion as described at:

12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the People’s Republic of
China, without prejudice to mandatory rights that may apply in another
jurisdiction. The parties should first attempt to resolve disputes through good
faith consultation. Any unresolved dispute will be submitted to a court with
competent jurisdiction in Zhengzhou, Henan, China, unless mandatory law requires
otherwise.
